About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to work on our flagship event: the London to Brighton Bike Ride. As the Events Marketing Manager you will lead the marketing strategy, activation and stewardship for our 2018 event and beyond achieving recruitment and income KPI's.
This role will manage multi-agency stakeholders including media, creative and digital, as well as plan and deliver a customer-centric stewardship journey for London to Brighton Bike Ride participants, with a view to increase remittance and average donation.
An experienced marketer with a proven record of success in marketing development and activation you’ll have a supporter focussed, insight driven approach with the ability to think and work strategically in order to streamline and prioritise the needs and processes of the event.
The successful candidate will have relevant marketing training or qualifications with a solid knowledge and understanding of the principles of marketing. With a working knowledge of content management systems, SEO and customer databases you will be a driven and passionate individual able to develop and improve our processes and deliver this flagship event.
With excellent team building and communication skills you'll develop working relationships with key stakeholders quickly and effortlessly and be confident at liaising with a large number of internal & external teams.
